TOKAS OLYMP FRUITS had the honor to participate in the business mission of the Central Macedonia Region to Dubai, which took place from February 14 to 18, 2025, as part of the official inauguration ceremony of the Central Macedonia Region’s store at the Waterfront Market – the largest food market among Arab countries – as well as the participation of the Central Macedonia Region in the international food exhibition, Gulfood 2025.
The particularly demanding and challenging task of establishing a store for the promotion of agricultural and food products from Central Macedonia within the Waterfront Market in Dubai was undertaken by the Region and completed with absolute success. With the participation of over 20 businesses from Central Macedonia, mainly active in the primary sector, the Central Macedonia Region created its own pop-up store in the heart of global trade at the Waterfront Market in Dubai! Furthermore, with the aim of maximizing the visibility and promotion of Central Macedonia’s products through this internationally renowned marketplace, the Region also took the initiative to sign memoranda of cooperation with giant companies operating in the wider Middle East and UAE region.
With the participation of over 20 businesses from Central Macedonia, mainly active in the primary sector, the Central Macedonia Region created its own pop-up store in the heart of global trade at the Waterfront Market in Dubai!
Members of the business mission of the Central Macedonia Region also had meetings with representatives of import companies and businesses from the UAE, including major supermarket chains, the Central Fruit and Vegetable Market of the United Arab Emirates, and quality food retail chains. Finally, for the participating businesses in the mission, the Central Macedonia Region organized important meetings as part of the international food exhibition Gulfood 2025.
